LEGAL INCORPORATION

NGO ACHE INTERNATIONAL is a not-for Profit Corporation recognized by, and according to decree of, Chilean Ministry of Justice, and authorized by the President of the Republic of Chile; with denomination number 2710 on August 30, 2006, stipulated date when the legal incorporation was granted to. The incorporated document was published in the government official newspaper on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 under the number 38,558 page 7.

MISSION.

NGO ACHE INTERNATIONAL mission is to develop and promote  education, welfare, environment protection, micro-social enterprises and businesses, human rights by a unique aim to obtain a perfect harmony between those afore-mentioned factors that affect human happiness and tranquility in all scopes; directing and monitoring preferably its activities in a charity social work so as to satisfy stakeholders needs and interests in different communities, for such effect our organization vehemently desires to participate in humankind development by taking constant steps forward through a systematic professionalism considering a broad range of knowledge. 

VISION.
Our NGO will be a solid corporation and national and internationally recognized for by its continuing social work in all community environment and it will enable to be self-efficient gradually in terms of finances and adapt to all cultures and their needs for everywhere it will be settled ,broadly speaking. To achieve our objectives we count on to a multi-disciplinary team of high level of professionalism and human capital quality.

NGO ACHEINTERNATIONAL OBJECTS/GOALS.

• Distribute and enhance education by evoking a diversity of paradigms.

• Handle, administer and monitor pre-school, elementary school, junior and senior high school and inclusive high education level; create and develop social charity centers.

• Preferably develop a training system for improvement in educational and managerial areas inclusive the attainment of high expertise level with worldwide recognition.

• Settle and develop alliances with national and foreign institutions and organizations.

For attaining national and international recognition level we will use strategies and implements such as:

• Building of a faithful volunteering service.

• Application of a top twenty-first century project management for our not-for profit resource systems.
• Creation of a trans-disciplinary teamwork.

• Settling networks of national and international support

•  Creation of new knowledge through bonds with universities and research institutions so as to gain and be awarded “investigating experts title.

• Contribution to the solution of  current worldwide environmental problems though design, control and optimization of productive processes that are in harmony with mother nature emphasizing on prevention, conservation and restoration of  affected environmental territories, following the lineaments of  an eco-efficiency and a sustainable development.

• Training for community leaders so as to know and understand better their community basic needs creating deliberative and expansive spaces that allow strategic development and effective project management.

• Establishment of promotional programs in health and in prevention of diseases to improve specific and very affected population quality of life

OUTCOMES.
In 2006, year of our activity initiation  we organized an important seminar in Chile about Intellectual and Industrial Property magisterially lectured by Doctor Virgil HERCE one of  WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) deputy director,  international organization with main office located in Geneva, Switzerland.

• Scholarships for Haitian Students. NGO-Ache International.

• During 2007 we obtained scholarships for a group of Haitian students to study at the University Saint Thomas of Aquino located in Chile. Each student has been granted a five-year university career scholarship for university development and future professional integration in Chile, or in their country of origin inclusive even other countries.

• In 2008 NGO ACHE INTERNATIONAL was especially invited to XV Triennial conference 2008 of (IAUP).
  International Association of University Presidents.

• We have fulfilled a teaching of English project for a specific group of bordered nation immigrants residing in Santiago of Chile.  

• The prior year to 2010, we fulfilled the Project of professional training for an important group of young Haitian immigrants living in Chile.

• In addition to that same year we obtained the approval of 13 scholarships for some young Haitian immigrants in Chile through a program entitled “BREAKING the BARRIER of POVERTY”. Hence those scholarships have been granted to them to study for a four to five-year period of university career at some relevant and prestigious Universities in Santiago of Chile. To name them: University of Federico Santa Maria, University of Diego Portales, Professional Institute of DUOC in Catholic University, University of Saint Thomas  and the Institute of Saint Thomas
